Tonight’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw is set to take place from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA and it looks like a big name could be appearing on tonight’s show. Dave Meltzer recently reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE is printing “Los Angeles 3:16” t-shirts, which could be a sign that Steve Austin is making an appearance tonight on Raw. WWE later confirmed the report by sharing the following photo:
Austin lives in the area and sometimes attends WWE events to record episodes of his podcast with members of the WWE roster.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that Steve Austin will be appearing on Raw, as WWE could just be looking to make some money off of the old “Austin 3:16” catchphrase, but it’s interesting nonetheless.
It’s been a while since Steve Austin has appeared on Raw, and he’s certainly been missed by the WWE Universe. There’s no shortage of stars on the Raw roster who are in desperate need of a Stone Cold Stunner, so if Steve does end up appearing on tonight’s show, hopefully we’ll get to see the iconic move.
On this week’s episode of Still Real Radio we’re talking about the fallout from the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, James Ellsworth handing the briefcase to Carmella, the possibility of Samoa Joe becoming Universal Champion and more.
