The Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite have been feuding for some time now, and next week they’re set to take their heated rivalry to the next level in a Blood & Guts match.
This week on AEW Dynamite, Don Callis made his way down to the ring to announce the fifth member of the Blackpool Combat Club’s team and he ripped on Kenny Omega while calling him a punk. Kenny Omega then interrupted Don Callis, but Jon Moxley and Konosuke Takeshita attacked him. Kenny tried to fight them off then he was attacked from behind by PAC. Moxley and Takeshita held Kenny down while Don Callis stomped on him.
PAC told Kenny Omega that he’s been waiting for this and that he’s the fifth member of the Blackpool Combat Club’s team at Blood & Guts. The Blackpool Combat Club wrapped a chair around Kenny Omega’s head as PAC went to the top rope. Moxley put a mic to Omega and Omega laughed as he said that The Elite still have a fifth member too.
The lights went out and a video packaged aired confirming that Kota Ibushi will be making his AEW debut when he teams up with The Elite to form The Golden Elite at Blood & Guts in Boston. When the lights came back The Young Bucks and Adam Page appeared and took out Moxley, Takeshita, PAC and Don Callis.
