Former TNA World Champion Matt Hardy recently spoke to Nick Hausman of Wrestlezone.com about winning the TNA Bound For Glory main event and more. During the interview Matt was asked about how much time he and Jeff have left on their contracts with TNA.
“Jeff is going through a couple of things because of his injury, but we’ve got a few to several months left.” Matt said.
The Hardy Boyz possibly returning to WWE has been a very hot topic among the fans. When asked directly if Matt is interested in returning to the company he said the following:
“I will wave the TNA flag proudly as their champion. That’s what I plan on doing when I win this tournament. As far as the WWE and returning? I think WWE knows that both Matt & Jeff Hardy are in great places in their life. The best they’ve ever been. We’re both still very capable of going. As far as the future goes? I’m not going to say. “No,” to anything. I’ll just say, “Never say never.” One thing that is very exciting and unpredictable about professional wrestling is that anything can happen.” Hardy added.
