It’s a long way to the top in the world of professional wrestling, but those who are able to make it to the top have the potential to make some big money in WWE.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there are seven WWE performers who are earning over $5 million dollars a year, and there are two others who could hit that figure this year.
Aside from The Rock, Roman Reigns is currently the highest paid star in WWE. It was also noted that any rumors that have been going around from Jonathan Coachman regarding TKO wanting Roman Reigns to take a pay cut or restructure his deal are false.
For years now Roman Reigns has been featured as one of the top stars in WWE for well over a decade now and has main evented WrestleMania multiple times. The former Undisputed WWE Champion last competed in the ring when he faced off against Seth Rollins and CM Punk in the main event of WrestleMania 41. Unfortunately for The Tribal Chief it was Seth Rollins who picked up the win after Paul Heyman turned on both Punk and Reigns.
Roman Reigns last appeared on WWE programming on the Raw after WrestleMania 41 when he attacked Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman. However, Roman was taken out by Bron Breakker shortly after. There’s currently no word on when Roman Reigns is set to make his return to WWE.
