Hideo Itami came into NXT with other dominant forces from the independent scene in the same time period, but a shoulder injury threw a real monkey wrench in his plans. At this point, everyone else from his ‘class’ has made it to the main roster. Owens, Zayn, and Balor (soon, very soon) are all throwing their weight around on Raw and doing very well.
However, Itami has yet to make a real comeback in developmental due to rehabbing his shoulder injury and just as he was able to make his return, he injured his neck in October taking a powerslam from Riddick Moss at an NXT live event.
The former Kenta is apparently ready to make his return once more as he sent out the following hope-inspiring message via social media. Even though it was a short message (as Itami has never been a man known to be verbose) his simple words give fans an idea that they will be seeing Hideo once more and likely sooner than later. He wasn’t used in the last set of television tapings, but at least things are looking promising for the Japanese superstar.
Hideo Itami posted the following:
We here at Still Real To Us have been keeping you, our amazing (and intelligent) readers updated on the latest on Alberto El Patron and Paige as the weeks go by. There is no word on how soon it will be until fans see Paige in a WWE ring once more, as it will likely still be quite some time due to her recent neck surgery.
However, she is still apparently feeling good enough to rehearse with her Papi for his new movie. The Anti-Diva recently posted a video of Alberto grappling with his favorite British crumpet. Let’s just hope that she doesn’t tweak her neck while rolling around like this.
No matter how you might feel about seeing these two together, it’s pretty obvious that you need to get used to it because they’re engaged and they appear to still enjoy each other’s company thoroughly.
While we’re on the topic of El Patron and Paige, she also put this picture up the other day while on a ‘day date’ with her bae. These two are having a lot of fun together, that’s certainly undeniable. However, it can be argued that Alberto needs to find a bigger horse.
