Saturday night at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II, Austin Aries faced off against No Way Jose and it was Austin Aries who got the victory.
Aries and Jose battled in a hard fought match, but Aries got Jose on the mat and made him tap out to Last Chancery to put him away.
After the match Aries decided to celebrate his victory by delivering a post-match beat down to No Way Jose. Austin Aries locked in Last Chancery once again and that’s when Hideo Itami’s music hit.
Hideo Itami came down to the ring to make the save and he sent a message to Austin Aries. After the two exchanged blows and Itami got the upper hand, Itami got Aries in position for the GTS and then he put him to sleep. You can check out a clip below.
