Goldberg’s contract with WWE expired after WrestleMania, but it has been reported that both parties are open to him having more matches with WWE in the future. There are just a couple of stipulations that need to be worked out for him to have one more match eventually.
It’s being reported by CageSideSeats that WWE officials would need to have a specific feud and story prepared that would be as well executed as the rivalry with Brock Lesnar. Along with there being creative plans, WWE would also need to make a big money offer as well.
Ultimately, it would take money and purpose for Goldberg to have another match for WWE again eventually. At his age, training is extremely challenging. It’s understandable that the stars would need to align, but a WWE Hall of Fame induction is only a matter of time.
