When Samoa Joe blindsided Seth Rollins during the closing moments at last week’s Raw, it was a bad day at the office for the Architect. Seth re-injured his right knee as Joe took him down for a choke submission hold at the end of the attack. But word making the rounds is that WWE isn’t upset with the Samoan Submission Machine and this occurrence is just seen as bad timing and a terrible turn of events.
Samoa Joe broke Tyson Kidd’s neck in a dark match before Raw in 2015, and nobody seemed to blame The Southsea Strangler for this either. Word is that it also stands to reason that if there was legit heat on Joe then he wouldn’t be bragging about injuring Rollins on social media.
TMZ has reported that Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was released from prison yesterday while being ordered to attend another rehab which WWE is going to help her pay for. This is a common tactic used by defense attorneys in this day and age to convince a judge and prosecuting attorney to allow a person with drug and alcohol to go to treatment instead of remain incarcerated.
TMZ also reports that Sunny was in ‘constant contact’ with Chyna before her passing and tried to help her the best she could.
