Stephanie McMahon has officially been confirmed as the first inductee for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame class.
WWE is expected to hold the Hall of Fame ceremony during WrestleMania week in April, although an exact date has not yet been announced. McMahon becomes the first name revealed for this year’s class as anticipation builds ahead of WrestleMania season.
With much of WWE’s 2025 programming centered around John Cena’s retirement tour which concluded in December when he was defeated by Gunther at Saturday Night’s Main Event, speculation continues regarding who else could join the 2026 Hall of Fame class.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that despite speculation regarding a possible Hall of Fame induction for John Cena this year the former WWE Champion is not expected to be part of the 2026 class.
Most people in WWE expect Stephanie McMahon to be the headliner for the 2026 Hall of Fame class, and it was noted that an “immortal moments” induction is also expected for this year’s ceremony.
As of this writing Stephanie McMahon is the only name that has been confirmed for this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class. The ceremony is expected to take place during WrestleMania week in April, but an exact date has not been announced just yet.
