This week’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live took place from the SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH, and yours truly was in attendance for the show.
About 15 minutes prior to the start of the broadcast, Aiden English got on the mic and started singing as he made his way down to the ring. English got some pretty good heat from the crowd as he insulted New Hampshire and asked why anyone would ever want to live in, or visit the state.
As English was cutting his promo, Tye Dillinger’s music hit and the crowd erupted. Dillinger got a huge pop as he made his way down to the ring and fans screamed “10” throughout the match. Not sure if it was just because everyone was excited to finally see some in-ring action or not, but the fans popped big for Dillinger and he got the loudest reaction of the night.
After SmackDown Live ended, the ring crew switched over to the purple ropes for 205 Live. A lot of people were confused by what was happening, and a decent amount of fans left, but I would estimate that about two thirds of the fans in attendance stuck around for the show.
Prior to 205 Live, it was announced that Shinsuke Nakamura would battle Dolph Ziggler after the show.

Nakamura didn’t appear on SmackDown, but he was very popular with the fans, as there were quite a few people in the crowd calling his name throughout the night. When he finally arrived he got a great reaction from the fans who were still in the arena.
Shinsuke Nakamura and Ziggler put on a decent match that lasted about 10 minutes, and Nakamura put Ziggler away with the Kinshasa. You can check out some clips below.
