There are a number of WWE Superstars who are currently going through character changes, and last month Dominik Mysterio turned heel a t Clash at the Castle then followed up by joining The Judgement Day.
Years ago Dominik was involved in a storyline where Eddie Guerrero claimed to be his father, and this week on Raw, Dominik got some major heat for saying he’s “this generation’s Eddie Guerrero.”
Bully Ray recently talked about Dominik’s status on Busted Open Radio, and he suggested that Dominik trade in the Mysterio name and take Guerrero as his last name instead.
“I love the relationship with Rhea [Ripley]. I love Rhea constantly being in his ear. Taking shots at Eddie Guerrero will always get you heat, saying that Eddie Guerrero was the Dominik Mysterio of his generation. Getting back to the name thing, I know they did the angle years ago with Eddie possibly being Dom’s dad, what about Dominik taking the Guerrero last name over the Mysterio last name?”
For weeks now The Judgement Day has been feuding with The O.C. and it’s been confirmed that the two teams will face off at Crown Jewel on November 5. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
