When Adam Copeland and Christian Cage first debuted with WWE they quickly became one of the most valuable tag teams on the roster. They’ve since gone on to achieve major success as singles stars, but with both Copeland and Christian on the AEW roster there’s always a possibility that the team could reunite someday.
While talking about the possibility of Adam Copeland and Christian reuniting in AEW, Jim Ross indicated during an episode of his Grilling JR podcast that he doesn’t think it would be a bad idea.
“Yeah, there’s always a chance. I would be for it because I know their natural chemistry is amazing. I’ve seen them at their best, and tags at this stage of their career, not a bad idea. If you want to put some spark and some sizzle your tag team division, that ain’t a bad way to start.”
Adam Copeland has been out of action since May due to injury. Recently it was reported that Adam Copeland has been cleared and is expected to return once he’s done filming season 2 of Percy Jackson.
