wwe hall of fame

The fun thing about wrestling is that you never know when a familiar face might return, and Jesse Ventura got the world talking last month when he showed up for an episode of Raw that was being filmed in Minneapolis. Triple H greeted Ventura as he arrived and now it seems that the Hall of Famer is likely to become part of the WWE family once again.

Recently Jesse Ventura talked about his status with WWE during an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, and he confirmed that he’s close to signing a new legends deal with the company.

“My relationship with them now has much improved. We are on the verge right now — I can say this, that contracts have been written, contracts have been agreed upon, and all it requires is two signatures, one from them, and one from me. And I will be back with the Legends.”

When asked about how soon the deal could be completed Jesse Ventura added, “Fairly quickly. Because time is money.” Ventura also confirmed that Vince McMahon’s departure from WWE changed things for him, and he now sees WWE as a more mainstream corporate company that’s easier to deal with.
