UPDATE: Goldust has since denied the report, and took to Twitter to clarify that he’s still under contract.
Goldust has had a few successful runs with WWE throughout his career, but it looks like his time with the company has come to an end.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the former Intercontinental Champion’s WWE contract has expired, and he’s waiting for his 90 day no compete clause to expire so he can once again become a free agent.
Goldust is expected to become a free agent in May.
It’s unclear when his deal expired, but he has removed all mentions of WWE from his social media profiles.
At this point it’s not known what his next move will be, but it’s worth noting that a teaser was dropped for him to be Cody’s opponent at Double or Nothing in the latest episode of the Road to Double or Nothing.
