A few months ago it was announced that Impact Wrestling would be rebranding to TNA wrestling and the change was made official on Saturday night. Moose defeated Alex Shelley to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship live on pay-per-view, but his celebration was short lived.
After the match Nic Nemeth’s music hit as Moose looked up the ramp from the ring. Nemeth then appeared behind Moose and the two stared each other down for a moment. Moose went to attack Nemeth, but he missed so Nemeth responded with a superkick followed up by the Zig Zag. Nemeth then made his way into the crowd and ripped off his shirt to reveal that he was wearing a TNA wrestling shirt underneath.
