Former WWE World Champion’s AEW Contract Expiring Soon

Since AEW first launched in 2019 many former WWE stars have joined the company, and in 2021 former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry made the jump to All Elite Wrestling. Henry has been working as an analyst, coach, scout and mentor for the company, but it sounds like his deal with AEW is set to expire very soon.

Fightful Select is reporting that Mark Henry’s contract with All Elite Wrestling is set to expire this month. At this point in time there’s currently no word on what Mark Henry’s next move will be.

Mark Henry has not wrestled a match since competing in the Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018. He wrestled his last singles match in 2017. Throughout his career he’s managed to capture the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, ECW World Championship and WWE European Championship.

Stay tuned for more updates on Mark Henry’s status as they become available.
