All Elite Wrestling has not only become an alternative for professional wrestling fans, but it’s also provided wrestlers with another option in regards to where they can work.
So far AEW has become the new home for a few former WWE Superstars, and this week’s episode of Dynamite feature two big debuts from Brodie Lee (formerly known as Luke Harper in WWE) and Matt Hardy.
Brodie Lee was revealed to be The Exalted One, and as the reveal was taking place a cryptic video aired on the big screen at Daily’s Place.
Before taking off his hood to reveal his identity The Exalted One spoke to Christopher Daniels, and he took a shot at Vince McMahon when he told Daniels, “Mr. Daniels, I assure you, you are not the first out-of-touch old man to not believe in me.”
Even though Brodie Lee had the support of the fans during his run as Luke Harper in WWE, it doesn’t seem that Vince McMahon ever really got behind him.
One way or another it seems that Lee has a fresh start in AEW, and that the company is already behind him in a big way.
