Former WWE Superstar Signs New Deal

Fans have seen a lot of WWE departures over the last few years, but you never know when a familiar name from the past could return to World Wrestling Entertainment.

Martin Wright, better known to WWE fans as The Boogeyman, recently revealed that he signed a new deal with WWE when he posted a video of the contract being signed by him along with the following caption: “🙏🏽thank you #CEO/WWE VINCE MCMAHON”

It seems that Wright may have been hinting that he signed a legends deal as the video also features the song “This Is How Legends Are Made.”

Wright first started working with WWE in 2004 and he went on debut on the main roster as The Boogeyman in 2005. He was later released in 2009, but since then he has made sporadic appearances on WWE programming. The Boogeyman last appeared on WWE programming during the Raw Legends Night episode in January of 2021. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
