WWE has released a number of Superstars over the last few years and unfortunately for Tyler Breeze he ended up getting cut in 2021. Breeze has yet to return to the ring since his release in 2021 and it doesn’t sound like he has any plans to return at this point in time.
Tyler Breeze runs a wrestling school with his friend Shawn Spears, and during an appearance on The Sessions with Renee Paquette, Spears noted that Breeze insists he’s retired.
“He still works out, he’s still in shape. There will be times we’ll hop in the ring and have 20, 25 minutes. We just did that a couple of weeks ago with the Gunns, just at the school to get some cardio in. He can still go, he still does everything. But I say to him, ‘Hey man, getting ready for a second run?’ He goes ‘Nah, [I’m] retired.’ So I don’t know. That’s the true answer. But I see the excitement sometimes when he hops in.”
Spears went on to say that he hopes Breeze isn’t done and that it’s just a matter of finding the right opportunity. Do you want to see Tyler Breeze return to the ring? Sound off in the comments below.
