Former WWE Superstar Comments On Racially Insensitive Shirt Design

NXT star Jordan Myles recently called out Vince McMahon and Triple H on Twitter for a controversial shirt, and he said in a tweet that the shirt “is a “slap in the face to EVERY African American performer.”

Myles has also encouraged people on social media to show their support for the issue by changing their profile picture to black and white.

Although he hasn’t changed his profile picture to black and white, former WWE Superstar did take to Twitter to show his support for Myles when he posted the following:

“If you don’t understand the outrage educate yourself, bc your ignorance is part of the problem. @GoGoMyles we stand with you bro”

As we previously reported, WWE issued the following statement in response to the controversy:

“Albert Hardie Jr. (aka Jordan Myles) approved this t-shirt for sale. As always, we work collaboratively with all of our performers to develop logos and merchandise designs and get their input and approval before proceeding. This was the same process with Albert, and we responded swiftly once he later requested that the logo/t-shirt be redesigned. No t-shirts were sold.”
