Former WWE Superstar Backstage At SmackDown Live, WWE Prospect Comments On Death Threats

You never know who might drop by when WWE comes to town, and this week a former WWE Superstar was in the house for SmackDown Live. Elijah Burke took to Twitter to share a backstage photo of himself with Byron Saxton, and he jokingly confused Saxton with The Rock.

It’s interesting to note that Elijah Burke was also backstage for last week’s episode of SmackDown Live as well.

Burke was released from his WWE contract in 2008 and he ended up making his debut with Impact Wrestling in 2009. However, Burke confirmed that he had parted ways with Impact in August of 2017.

Ariya Daivari has been receiving death threats following his segment at the Greatest Royal Rumble last week, and the 205 Live star recently issued a statement clarifying that he was simply playing a character on TV.

One of WWE’s Saudi Arabian prospects recently showed his support for Daivari by calling him a class act and saying he was a pleasure to work with.
