The 2023 WWE Draft officially kicked off on Friday Night SmackDown last week and it’s set to continue this week on Monday Night Raw. Some big names were drafted during night 1 such as Edge, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre and more.
There’s no telling what type of surprises WWE might have in store for night 2 and former WWE Intercontinental Champion Matt Cardona got the wrestling world talking when he posted the following graphic on Twitter:

Cardona’s WWE return has been rumored for quite a while and he’s also seemingly teased a potential return on social media multiple times in recent months. However, so far nothing has come of the teases as Cardona is still performing on the independent circuit as the Indy God.
Matt Cardona recently spoke to Wrestling Inc. and indicated that he believes he will return to WWE eventually when he said, “So when I got released from WWE, ever since that day, my goal has not been, oh, what can I do to go back to WWE? What do I need to do to impress people to get back there? No, that’s not my goal. But I’d be lying if I said I never wanted to wrestle at Madison Square Garden again, or I never wanted to have a WrestleMania moment again. Of course I do. So will Matt Cardona ever go home? I think eventually, but not as Zack Ryder, because Zack Ryder is dead.”
