When Bray Wyatt was released from WWE in 2021 there were plenty of fans calling for his return, and he finally made his way back to the company at the Extreme Rules premium live event in 2022. Since then Bray has gone on to feud with LA Knight, and he’s currently involved in a feud with Bobby Lashley.
It seems that Bray Wyatt’s fans are happy to have him back, but not everyone is on board with what he’s doing. Dutch Mantell recently shared his thoughts on Bray Wyatt during an episode of Smack Talk where he criticized Bray’s current creative direction.
“We’ve talked about Bray [Wyatt]. To me right now, he’s hitting a zero. He started out with a lot of promise and a lot of thoughts about him and where he could go. Now you’re watching them thinking, ‘What the hell are they doing?’
“That Firefly Funhouse, it’s almost embarrassing to watch it, I don’t know how that has anything to do with wrestling. Kids might like it, and Bray may even be good at selling merchandise.
“But as far as selling tickets, if that was your main event, you’d have half a house. I don’t think anybody would be interested in seeing Bray and Brock.”
