Over the last few years fans have seen a number of former WWE stars join All Elite Wrestling, and it looks another name could be AEW bound. According to Fightful Select Ruby Riott is heading to AEW.
Ruby Riott will be using the Ruby Soho ring name moving forward, and according to the report she’s expected to join AEW soon. One promoter noted that Ruby wasn’t taking bookings when they reached out to her a month ago.
The former Riott Squad member was released from her contract on June 2nd, and it was reported that the roster was shocked by her release because she was universally liked backstage.
It’s believed that her non-compete clause will expire on August 31st. There’s currently no word on the exact date for her debut. Stay tuned for updates.
