Triple H took over WWE creative following Vince McMahon’s retirement announcement, and it seems that there’s a lot of excitement in the WWE locker room with the new regime in charge.
The Game has been bringing former WWE stars back to the company and now Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net is reporting Johnny Gargano is open to returning to the company now that Triple H is in charge. It was noted that he would be interested in talking to Triple H and, seeing how things would be changing.”
It’s being said that Gargano was not a fan of the grind, but the “overarching factor for him walking away was dissatisfaction with his position/direction with no set plan for how he’d be used.” Gargano has also had talks with All Elite Wrestling.
The former NXT Champion’s contract expired back in December and he has yet to return to the ring, so it will be interesting to see what the future holds for him one way or another. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
