Over the last few years WWE has released a number of stars from the company including Matthew Rehwoldt (formerly known as Aiden English). Rehwoldt was released from WWE in 2020 and since then he’s gone on to work with Impact Wrestling, NJPW and other independent promotions. However, he is currently a free agent and he recently reminded the wrestling world that he’s available for bookings when he posted the following on Twitter:
“Here’s your reminder that the Drama King is an unsigned free agent with availability coming up to add a little drama to your shows Announcing/hosting/managing/…maybe a few bumps left in the tank
BOOKING: DramaKingMatt@gmail.com”
Road Dogg recently discussed Matthew Rehwoldt’s run as Aiden English in WWE on his podcast, and he admitted that he thinks the company dropped the ball with him when he said, “Great dude. Great body, great wrestler, great voice. Couldn’t pick a nicer guy. And I don’t know. I will say I missed the ball with him.”
