Liv Morgan has certainly been on the rise over the last year or so as she’s upped her stock by winning the Money in the Bank ladder match and then the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Morgan has also been showing a more intense version of her character and she’s even gone as far as to call herself the Queen of Extreme on social media.
The nickname hasn’t been sitting well with former ECW/WWE star Francine who was originally known as the Queen of Extreme. During a recent appearance on the Eyes Up Here podcast Francine noted that she’s attempting to get the trademark for the nickname and she’s prepared to send a cease and desist if she needs to.
“Whether I’m in this business another day or another 30 years from now, if I do conventions, I am going to sign ‘The Queen of Extreme Francine.’ I’m gonna get that trademark and if they continue to use it, we’re going to file a cease and desist, and that’s it, because they would do it to me.”
“It’s not me being bitter or trying to be a jerk about things. I’m trying to protect my brand and protect what I worked hard for. Maybe I’m not doing a lot now, but that’s my decision. This is my choice. I’m not busy every week, and that is by choice.”
