There are quite a few moves that wrestlers can potentially bust out during a match to help them pick up the win, but not every move can be done in a WWE ring.
It’s no big secret that WWE has a list of banned moves, and it was recently reported that the bucklebomb has been banned from WWE.
Furloughed WWE producer Shane Helms commented on WWE banning the move when he posted the following:
“I did the Vertebreaker, arguably the most dangerous move in the business and never hurt anyone. 🤷🏻♂️ It’s not the move, it’s the execution.”
The move has been seen as controversial for some time now as Sting was injured after Seth Rollins used the move on him at Night of Champions in 2015. Kairi Sane also took a rough bump a few weeks ago on Raw when Nia Jax used a variation of the move.
