Stephanie McMahon may no longer have an official role with WWE, but for decades she was one of the most prominent figures on television. The future Hall of Famer has quite the legacy when it comes to her work in front of and behind the camera, and it sounds like she made quite the impression on one former WWE star.
Back in 2021, D-Von Dudley made some interesting comments about Stephanie McMahon during an interview with The Sports Rush when he said, “I would have loved to have dated Stephanie McMahon. I am infatuated with Stephanie McMahon. She is beautiful inside and out, funny, charismatic. She is everything that I would think that a woman should be if I wasn’t married.”
In a recent video on his YouTube channel D-Von Dudley clarified his comments about Stephanie and noted that he was simply trying to express his adoration for her.
“I made a mistake and said the word infatuation with Stephanie [McMahon], and they took it another way. When I should have said I adored her or something like that, but I said infatuation.
And they were like, ‘oh, s***, D-Von hitting on Stephanie.’ I was like, ‘I am not hitting on Stephanie. Stop. What is wrong with you people?’”
