You never know who might show up in All Elite Wrestling, and back in September it was MVP who made his big debut with the company at Grand Slam. MVP has since reunited with Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley in AEW to form The Hurt Syndicate.
MVP will be returning to the ring this weekend when he faces off against Josh Barnett at Bloodsport XII. A fan recently asked the former United States Champion if he’s planning to wrestle in AEW and he confirmed that he is. He also announced that he is planning to officially retire in All Elite Wrestling.
Yeah. I plan to eventually officially retire in AEW.

MVP last wrestled during the July 18th episode of Monday Night Raw back in 2022 when he teamed with Omos to face The Street Profits, so his match with Josh Barnett this weekend will be his first match in over two years.
There’s currently no word on who MVP might be looking to face in AEW, but Bobby Lashley will be in action this weekend when he faces off against Swerve Strickland at the AEW Full Gear PPV.
