Former WWE Star ‘Iron’ Mike Sharpe Has Passed Away

Former WWE star “Iron” Mike Sharpe passed away in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada over the weekend according to PWInsider. He was 64 years old and had been dealing with health problems for quite some time.

He was billed as “Canada’s Greatest Athlete” during the 1980s and his last televised match took place on June 6, 1995. After he retired Mike ran Mike Sharpe’s School of Pro-Wrestling in New Jersey. In 2007 Sharpe was forced into a wheelchair due to his health issues.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
