Former WWE Star Expected To Sign With AEW

There are a number of big free agents in the world of wrestling right now and last week during AEW Grand Slam fans saw the surprise debut of MVP. The former WWE United States Champion confronted Prince Nana, and he handed Nana a business card then told him to give the card to Swerve Strickland.

MVP’s debut with All Elite Wrestling had been rumored for some time, and it’s also been rumored that former Hurt Business members Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin could be making their way to AEW as well.

It’s now being reported by WrestlePurists that Shelton Benjamin is AEW bound and the expectation is that he will be signing a deal with the company. There’s currently no word on when he could be making his debut.

For months now it’s been rumored that a new version of The Hurt Business could be forming. Back in August, Totally Harmless Concept, LLC filed to trademark “The Hurt Syndicate” which could be a potential new name for the group.

Stay tuned for updates.
