It’s WrestleMania weekend, but WWE is far from the only company holding big events this week. The ROH Supercard of Honor pay-per-view aired live from Los Angeles on Friday night, and some interesting names were in the building.
Fightful Select is reporting that former SmackDown Women’s Champion Trinity (formerly known as Naomi in WWE) was at the event. It’s being said that Trinity took in the Athena vs. Yuka Sakazaki match up close.
Trinity is in town for WaleMania and Wrestlecon. She recently appeared on stage at WaleMania earlier this week and told the crowd that she’s not done yet. Recently Trinity confirmed her WWE departure on social media, but it’s being reported that as of a couple months ago WWE sources have been hopeful that she could return to the company.
Former TNT Champion Miro was also backstage at the show. Miro hasn’t appeared on AEW programming since last year and he only wrestled four matches for the company in 2022. It’s been reported that Miro still has years left on his contract with AEW, but it’s not clear at this point in time when he could be back on TV.
