On Sunday night the AEW Forbidden Door pay-per-view aired live and the show gave fans plenty to talk about. While a number of familiar faces appeared during the event there was an interesting name hanging out backstage.
Former WWE star Donovan Dijak took to social media to let fans know that he was in attendance for Forbidden Door, and he also personally thanked Tony Khan when he posted the following:
“Great show man, thanks for having me.”
Dijak was called up to the main roster during the WWE Draft earlier this year when he was selected to join the Raw brand, but he wasn’t used in the months that followed. Last week Dijak issued a statement noting that his WWE contract was set to expire. As of last Friday he is now a free agent.
