Former WWE Star Announces Retirement

WWE has released quite a few wrestlers over the last few years and some have gone on to find success while others have drifted away from wrestling. Now it seems that Eddie Dennis is hanging up his boots for good.

On Sunday night Eddie Dennis stepped into the ring at RevPro’s Revolution Rumble event and he competed in the Revolution Rumble match. The match was won by Michael Oku, and Eddie Dennis has since confirmed that he has retired.

Eddie Dennis started his wrestling career in 2008 and he left his job as a teacher to pursue wrestling full time. He went on to work with companies such as Attack Pro Wrestling, RevPro, Progress Wrestling and more before he was signed by WWE in 2018.

After signing with WWE, Eddie Dennis became a mainstay on the NXT UK brand before the brand went on hiatus, and he was released from his WWE contract in August of 2022. Now it seems that his career is done for now. Stay tuned for updates.
