In the world of professional wrestling you can never say never, and it looks like one former WWE Champion has his sights set on capturing the gold once again. Alberto Del Rio recently took to Twitter to post a photo of himself staring at the WWE Title belt, and he posted the photo along with the following caption: “One more time?”

Alberto Del Rio made his debut on WWE programming in 2010, and he was immediately pushed as one of the top stars in the company. He would go on to become a two time WWE Champion, a two time World Heavyweight Champion, and a two time United States Champion.
The former champion was fired for unprofessional conduct in 2014, but he later returned to WWE in 2015 before he was released again in 2016. Since then Alberto has made some controversial comments about WWE, but he recently told Sportskeeda that he is sorry for his mistakes.
“Of course, first of all, I would say thank you. Thank you for the opportunity, and sorry for the mistakes I made. I just didn’t know. Sometimes I would just, I did it because it was personal. Now, as a promoter, I know there is nothing personal in pro wrestling. It’s just business. I’m sorry for my mistakes.”
