There have been plenty of rumors going around about what Jeff Jarrett has in store for Impact Wrestling. One thing we do know is there are going to be plenty changes and more than a few surprises.

WWE Hall of Famer and commentating ninja Jim Ross sent out a very ominous looking tweet and mentioned something about a new soundtrack. One thing is for sure, Good Ol’ JR’s voice is certainly music to our ears. This writer’s favorite songs in high school were Jim Ross’ hit singles, “Good God He’s Broken In Half” and “Business Is About To Pick Up.”
Therefore Josh Matthews very well may have to move over and let a truly better play-by-play announcer take control.
So, you remeber how reports came out that a certain former WWE Latin superstar and Impact Wrestling had lost interest in each other? Well, either that was a red herring, or some things have changed because Alberto El Patron (also known as Alberto Del Rio or Papi) has shown up at the Impact Zone.
If you add in the fact Bruce Prichard is also in the building, this gives us a whole new reason to tune in to Impact Wrestling on the 9th. Now, all we have to do is find Pop TV on our cable guide.
PWInsider reports that Alberto is set to became a full time Impact Wrestling star and the company plans to give him a big push when he debuts tonight.
Originally John Gaburick was pushing for Alberto to sign with the company, but talks fell through when the Jeff Jarrett regime took over. Obviously that has all changed as it’s being reported that Alberto and Impact came to terms over the past few days.
As if ADR wasn’t a big enough name, Bobby Lashley is also in the building. Of course, there is no word on what they will be doing because this is a brand new TNA with a whole new set of creative people at the helm, but it is sure to be interesting.
One thing we know for sure is the 2-time ECW Champion is in the building and he looks like he’s ready for action. The current and 4-time TNA Champion is ready for all comers according to the tweet below, and we have no idea who might be stepping up next, but we’re excited.
The fact these guys are in the iconic 6-sided TNA-style ring might very well mean they are preparing for something big tonight.
Keep checking back with Still Real To Us as we promise to bring you all the news you need to know in the ring and behind the scenes.
