The WWE roster is looking a little different nowadays due to the releases that took place last week, but you never know when a familiar face might return to WWE programming.
Following the releases Chris Featherstone of Wrestling Rumors reached out to Jinder Mahal to check on his WWE status, and his injury status, and Mahal reportedly said he is “cleared and waiting” to return.
Jinder Mahal underwent knee surgery back in June of 2019 and has been out of action ever since.
Prior to his injury he was involved in the WWE 24/7 Title picture. He was drafted to Raw in October of 2019.
It’s not clear when he may be returning to television at this point in time. Stay tuned for updates.
