Former WWE Champion Reportedly Being Inducted Into The Hall Of Fame This Year

So far Batista and the NWO have been confirmed for this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class, and a few other names have been making the rounds over the last few weeks as well.

Now Wrestling Inc. is reporting that former WWE Champion JBL is set to to be inducted as part of the 2020 class.

At this point it’s not clear when WWE will officially announce his induction.

John Bradshaw Layfield held the WWE Championship for 280 days, and he’s also a former Intercontinental Champion, and WWE Tag Team Champion.

He retired from in-ring competition following WrestleMania 25, and then worked commentary for WWE in the years that followed before stepping away in 2017.

Other names who are reportedly set for the Hall of Fame this year include the British Bulldog, Jushin “Thunder” Liger, and the Bella Twins.

The WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will air live on the WWE Network on April 2.
