This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite took place from Tampa, FL and it was the special 200th episode of Dynamite. During the show Jack Perry made his way down to the ring with the FTW Championship in hand and he started cutting a promo before Jerry Lynn made his way out the stage.
Jerry Lynn then shocked the world when he introduced the one and only Rob Van Dam who entered to “Walk” like the old ECW days. The fans were thrilled to see Rob Van Dam as he made his way down to the ring.
RVD stood face to face with Jack Perry, but the FTW Champion retreated. Van Dam then shared a moment with Jerry Lynn in the ring and Jack Perry tried to hit him from behind with a steel chair. However, Van Dam dodged it and he ended up chasing Jack Perry off with the chair.
It hasn’t been confirmed as of this writing, but it’s rumored that Rob Van Dam could be making his in-ring debut for AEW in a match with Jack Perry at All In. Stay tuned for updates.
