The Attitude Era is remembered fondly by fans who lived through it and the era provided many memorable moments that fans still talk about to this very day. Part of what made the Attitude Era special was WWE going head to head with WCW and things really started to change when the NWO formed.
Kevin Nash was one of the key figures who made the jump to WCW and his alliance with Scott Hall and Hulk Hogan had a big impact on the professional wrestling industry. Recently Nash addressed his move to WCW on his Kliq This podcast when he said, “If I don’t go to WCW, there is no Attitude Era.”
One way or another there’s no denying that Nash’s jump to WCW helped the company as the NWO’s popularity was a big factor when it came to WCW Nitro beating Monday Night Raw for 83 weeks in a row.
Do you think the Attitude Era still would have happened in some form if Kevin Nash didn’t go to WCW? Sound off in the comments below.
