big show

Throughout the years fans have seen some massive athletes step into the ring such as former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Big Show. Throughout Big Show’s career he’s feuded with a wide variety of opponents including the one and only Sabu.

During a recent interview with Donut Shop Chronicles, former ECW World Champion Sabu was asked if there were any wrestlers he didn’t like facing in the ring, and he explained that he dreaded working with Big Show because of his size.

“I don’t know, I guess The Big Show because he’s so big and strong, I would dread wrestling him.”

Big Show officially made the jump to All Elite Wrestling back in 2021 and since then he’s been using his real name Paul Wight. Since then Paul Wight has wrestled a handful of matches inside and AEW ring.

He last wrestled for AEW during the 11/15/2023 episode of Dynamite when he teamed up with Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi to defeat the team of Brian Cage, Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher and Powerhouse Hobbs. Following the match Wight took a long absence from AEW, but he recently returned at the Full Gear pay-per-view in November of 2024 when he joined the commentary team for the QT Marshall vs. Big Boom AJ match.
