Former TNA Wrestling World Champion Returning To The Company

It’s a good time to be a wrestling fan as there are multiple big events scheduled in the coming weeks. On Saturday, April 11 the stars of Total Nonstop Action will make their way to the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio for the Rebellion pay-per-view.

The show will feature multiple title matches and it looks like a former champion is set to return. Ahead of the show TNA Wrestling posted a teaser video for Rebellion that shows a box containing a foam hand with the letters EC3 on it, and EC3’s gear. EC3’s TNA Wrestling entrance theme is also referenced in the video.

After the video was posted EC3 teased his return when he posted a quote tweet with the following caption:

“Threezus 2:37 –

And the Ark was opened before the congregation.
And The Top 1% was inside.

And it had not changed.
Had not diminished.
Had not apologized for its existence.

And the people saw.
And Rebellion was no longer just a name. It was a warning.”

At this point in time it’s not clear what EC3 will be doing at Rebellion, but the full card for the show can be seen below.
