Good news Chris Hero fans, it looks like the former NXT star is WWE bound. Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com is reporting that Hero is heading back to WWE, although it’s not yet known at this time if he will working on the main roster, or in NXT.
After making a name for himself on the independent scene, Chris Hero signed a contract with WWE in 2012 and he joined Florida Championship Wrestling under the name Kassius Ohno. He then became a part of the NXT roster when developmental was rebranded.
Chris Hero was released in November of 2013, and shortly after his release reports started to circulate claiming that there was a disconnect between him and the office because he wasn’t dedicated to the physical conditioning programs
Chris Hero has been busy this year working on the independent scene, but he currently has a lack of bookings lined up for 2017.
