Recently released NXT star Solomon Crowe made his return to PWG on Friday night during their All Star Weekend XI event. Crowe returned to the company using his former name of Sami Callihan. This is the first appearance Crowe has made for the promotion since he wrestled Adam Cole at a PWG event in 2013.
Speaking of Adam Cole, he made an unadvertised at last night’s PWG event which came as a surprise to many in attendance due to his deal with ROH. According to PWInsider, there is apparently a deal in place that allows Cole and other ROH talents to make appearances at PWG events as long it doesn’t interfere with their ROH schedule.
