Former Intercontinental Champion Returning To WWE

It’s a great time to be a professional wrestler, as there’s no shortage of places to work, so wrestlers who have managed to make a name for themselves have options.

John Hennigan, formerly known as John Morrison in WWE, has certainly made a name for himself and PWInsider is reporting that he has signed a deal that will see him return to WWE.

There’s speculation that he will likely go back to using his John Morrison name when he returns.

John Morrison parted ways with WWE in 2011, but during his time with the company he managed to capture the ECW World Title, Intercontinental Title and WWE Tag Team Titles.

After parting ways with WWE he worked with various organizations such as Lucha Underground, AAA and Impact Wrestling.

During his time with Impact he worked as one of the company’s top stars and managed to win the Impact World Title. He parted ways with the company back in July.
