This weekend is going to be a big one for wrestling fans as SummerSlam is set to air live from Ford Field in Detroit. SummerSlam is always a big show for the stars of WWE and it looks like an interesting name is in town.
PWInsider is reporting that Bobby Roode has been spotted in Detroit ahead of SummerSlam on Saturday. The former NXT Champion has been out of action since last year and underwent numerous neck surgeries while he was out of action.
There’s currently no word on whether or not Bobby Roode will be used this weekend, but hopefully WWE is making plans for his return to TV. The current card for SummerSlam can be seen below. Stay tuned for updates.
