Former Champion Signs New Deal With WWE?

It’s certainly an interesting time to be a WWE fan as you never know who might return to the company. For years now fans have wondered if Ken Shamrock could ever work with WWE again which is why it’s noteworthy that some interesting new merchandise was released on WWE Shop this week.

WWE recently added several Ken Shamrock shirts to WWE Shop and PWInsider is reporting that this could be an indication that Shamrock has signed some sort of Legends deal.

Ken Shamrock debuted with WWE in 1997, but his run with the company only lasted a few short years as he parted ways with the promotion in 1999. During his time with the company Shamrock managed to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship, WWE Tag Team Championship and King of the Ring tournament.

After parting ways with WWE, Ken Shamrock returned to the world of MMA and he also went on to wrestle for other companies such as Impact Wrestling and NJPW. In recent years Shamrock has openly stated that he is interested in returning to WWE for at least a one time appearance, but so far the company has not brought him back.

The arrival of Ken Shamrock merchandise on WWE Shop is interesting to say the least. Stay tuned for more updates on Ken Shamrock’s status with WWE as they become available.
