The WWE roster is loaded with talent at the moment, but there are several stars who have been sitting on the sidelines due to injury. Former WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode hasn’t appeared on TV since June, and Roode revealed back in September that he underwent some type of medical procedure.
PWInsider is reporting that Bobby Roode was spotted in Birmingham, Alabama this week and the hope is that Roode will be able to return from his injury issues soon. There have been discussions about putting Bobby Roode on the Friday Night SmackDown brand when he returns.
Prior to his hiatus from WWE, Bobby Roode had been teaming with Dolph Ziggler, but with Ziggler on the Raw brand, and Roode reportedly set for SmackDown it seems that their team may be done.
Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
