You never know who you’re going to see when you tune into an episode of AEW Dynamite, and this week’s show was full of surprises. On Wednesday night former TNT Champion Miro finally returned to All Elite Wrestling and he was seen walking around backstage.
Miro was stopped by AEW interviewed Renee Paquette and she asked him what brings him back to AEW. Miro declined to respond and he instead stayed silent as he walked directly into Tony Khan’s office.
Miro has not appeared on AEW programming since the All Out pay-per-view in September of 2022 when he teamed with Sting & Darby Allin to defeat the House of Black.
There’s been a lot of talk about Miro’s status with AEW as he only wrestled four matches for the company in 2022. However, it seems that he’s here to stay as he reportedly has years left on his contract.
With AEW set to launch a third show next month it’s possible that we’ll be seeing more of Miro in the weeks to come. Stay tuned for more updates on his status as they become available.
